The Weekday Package...
Our Weekday Package is a one day lease. You check-in at 9:00am and check-out at 11:30pm. You are responsible for all post event cleanup and hauling away the trash. This package does not include event insurance, however, all amenities listed below are included. This package is only available on Tuesdays or Wednesdays for $6000.

The Weekend Package...
Our Weekend Package begins with check-in at 9:00am Friday and check-out by 12:00pm on Sunday. Use this time to prepare, decorate, and celebrate. This package includes event insurance, white tablecloths, all the amenities listed below, and post-event cleaning with trash removal. Simply bring your decor, food, and drinks! Please remove all personal items from the venue by 12:00pm the day following your event. Enjoy the weekend for $10,000.
This package includes...
- Complete access to the 3600 sq. ft. barn (including full kitchen), bridal suite, groom's quarters, and indoor restrooms.
- Ample, close parking for guests
- Trash cans, bags, toilet paper, and paper towels
- 14, 60" diameter tables
- 3, 72" diameter tables
- 8, 6ft rectangular tables
- 3, 4ft narrow rectangular tables
- 200 white folding chairs, 31 almond folding chairs
- 4, 6ft picnic tables
- 6, 36in. square patio sets with chairs (each seats 4)
- 4 umbrellas with stands
- 3 round, insulated, tall drink coolers
- Custom-made barn wood bar
- 2 propane patio heaters, propane not included
- Corn Hole boards

- Campers are permitted for overnight stay for $100 per camper, $50 per tent.
- Wedding Day Coordinator-$450 (You take care of the details and I'll make sure everything goes as planned. This includes one meeting prior to the event day.)
- Bartender Services-$600 plus tips, includes 2 bartenders
